Activate Tint Above/Below

You can choose to colour or tint the screen area above the ruler, below the ruler or above AND below the ruler. You can also remove the colour or tint from above and below the ruler. This is controlled with the following 4 icons on the toolbar.

Colour and Tint Above and Below, Above only, Below Only, and Remove Background Colour Tint
