PDF Convert will convert scanned images of text documents, or photographs of text, into accessible versions. PDF Convert extracts the text using optical character recognition (OCR) but the document image looks identical. Therefore, the converted document is now accessible and can be spoken with text to speech such as Readable PDF or Readable for Windows and also copied and pasted.
