Readable Notes is a simple to use word processor style notes app, with powerful built in text to speech settings. It is easy to use, and available for Windows, Mac and Chromebook.


Readable Notes Toolbar



1. Open File - you can open a range of files into Readable Notes, including .docx, .txt and .html


2. Save File - you can save file to .html (webpage) file format.


3. Print - this allows you to print your Notes to a printer,or save the file as a PDF file (print to PDF File)


4. Format - Notes includes normal format controls of Bold, Italic and Underline


5. Font Colour - You can change the colour of your text from the range in the pop out pallette.


6. You can select any text and apply a highlight colour to that text, to help with revision or review. 


7. Notes allows you to create numbered lists and bullet lists.


8. Notes allow for text to be typed and made subscript subscript or superscript superscript


9. With Readable Notes you can insert pictures from files.


10. Readable Notes allows you to indent text, and change the justification (left,centre,right,full)


11. Choose from 4 different font sizes, small, medium, large, extra large.


12. Choose from a small range of text fonts.


13. Readable Notes includes a text to speech "Play" button (yellow). This will start to speak the text from the place that the cursor is clicked. It is also possible to speak the text under the cursor when "hovering" - you can select from "speak word", "speak line" or "speak block".


To stop the speech at any time, press the "Shift Key"


The cog on the end of the toolbar opens the speech settings panel.
