Sensory Scribe can group your recordings into folders, which are created within the Windows Explorer on your PC.



To add new categories, or retrieve the individual files from each category, open Windows Explorer and find the Scribe folder in Documents section. Add a new Folder, to create a new Scribe category.



Following each recording, the category will contain some key files that you can share and open individually if required.


1. scribe.txt file - this is the text file containing the transcribed text.


2. scribe.mp3 - this is the full audio file of the event or meeting


3. scribe.srt - this is the subtitle file, which is a text file also, containing the transcribed text and timing data. This subtitle file is synchronised with the scribe audio file
