Upon completion of a recording, or loading an older recording for review, you will see the following screen. Note this screen below also includes a PDF Document file that was part of the meeting. If no PDF or Presentation was selected, then this pane 4 will not show.

1. Section 1 is the full audio file. The current position in the audio file is shown by the vertical red line. You can play the audio from any point by pressing the play button. You can also speed up the playback, skip forwards and backwards, using the player controls.

It also also possible to click your mouse into the Transcription pane, and press the Play button. The text will change to red, and the audio will start playing from that point in the recording.

2. Section 2 is the Notes pane, where some notes have been typed in, as well as some of the transcribed text copied and pasted into the Notes pane.

3. Section 3 is the transcription of the whole recording, which appears instantly. No connection to the internet is required. You can click the mouse anywhere in this text, and hear the actual audio recording segment that generated this section of text. It is possible to copy the transcribed text out for exiting, and even submit to free correction and text summarisation service such as Microsoft CoPilot (if available).

4. Section 4 shows a PDF document provided before the talk, and loaded into the recording. It is possible to annotate on the PDF Panel, using the built in tools. Also, the Notes pane is synchronised to the Pages of the PDF, so as you change the PDF page, a fresh notes Pane appears.

5. Section 5 is the search box for searching the transcribed text. You can then immediately listen to the audio at that point in the recocording, Press the Search button to step through multiple instances of the word or phrase being searched for.
